Often times the very medication we readily fall back on are artificial, chemically created and have adverse side affects.

The Coronavirus pandemic forever changed our lives.
Isolation, quarantine and lockdown procedures were introduced to prevent cross contamination and further spreading.

God however had already introduced such things and we see them in the bible. What is often avoided in The Law by many people who believe that we are living under grace is real and practical.
He introduced the principle of washing hands for hygiene purposes, for cleanliness in preparation and consumption of food, what is permissible to eat and what is not to avoid disease and what is dubbed as natural remedies for certain ailments.

Infections diseases like leprosy required isolation and quarantine and those principles still apply today.

God did not tell us that we shall never face issues and problems in life. We shall.

The issue is how we handle things and what we do until healing comes. Scriptures use words like "he who overcomes" and this means that we do face issues in life that we must overcome.
This includes healing. Sickness is real and we cannot pretend we do not get ill. There are times when the healing ministry of Jesus and the Church is required and times when we can also apply common sense and healthy lifestyles. 

Our topics therefore present both the spiritual and the practical. We do not pretend to be experts in the fields of medicine, diet and nutrition, but add what we have learned and are still learning for your prayerful assessment.
